Complete Carpet Care has been serving the Elmira area for many years. Owner, Rob McNall, in the carpet cleaning business since 1982, is highly qualified to clean the carpets and floors in your home or office.

Rob began his carpet and floor cleaning career at Dashwood Industries, working as the lowest minion part-time after school. At the same time, he worked at other various cleaning jobs until 1988. After completing his schooling, Rob, and his wife Sue, started their own business, RFM Maintenance in Goderich. Later, operations moved to the Elmira area. Along with his brother Tom (from Great Northern Stone), they began cleaning grocery stores for the Zehrs chain.

In 1995, Rob began working for JCT Complete Carpet Care, all the while studying to become a Journeyman Carpet Cleaning Technician. Eventually, Rob and Sue bought the company and ran both JCT Complete Carpet Care, and its sister company, Toro Maintenance. In January of 2006 Rob brought both companies together and formed Complete Carpet Care.

Rob has been a member, and is on the Board of Directors, of the Flooring Institute of Ontario since 2004. He is certified in the carpet care industry with accreditation by the following flooring and carpet care organizations:

Textile Journeyman, certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification

A WOOLSAFE Certified Operator, certified by the Woolsafe Organization

Stone and Tile cleaner, certified by the Terrazzo Tile and Marble Association of Canada
